Process introduction
Fuhang sludge low-temperature drying machine is the use of air heat energy as a heat source for low-temperature drying of sludge. The project adopts closed heat pump drying technology for sludge treatment, which does not produce any waste heat and waste gas. The heat pump drying is highly efficient and energy-saving. At the same time, combined with automatic control technology, the reduction, stabilization, harmfulness and resource treatment of sludge can be fully realized.

Compared with the traditional hot drying process, the main advantages of this process are:
1, high degree of system automation, PLC automatic optimization operation, simple operation;
2, the equipment adopts efficient heat recovery technology, closed recycling, low operating costs;
3, the use of closed low temperature drying process, safe and reliable, no waste gas generated in the treatment process;
4, layered layout, small footprint, simple installation without supporting civil engineering;
5, the whole machine adopts stainless steel and other anti-corrosion materials, high service life, trial in a variety of sludge treatment;
6, the use of compound heat exchange system, the efficiency of the whole unit than the traditional heat pump drying system increased by more than 20%.
The device is mainly composed of six systems:

Process description and process flow
1. Process description
The sludge is fed into the wet mud port of the sludge drying integrated machine through the wet sludge hopper and screw conveyor. The sludge is cut into strips through the mixer and forming machine of the equipment, and falls into the slow walking mesh belt by gravity. The hot dry air rises from the bottom of the mesh belt at a faster speed, and the sludge is dried in the process of contact with the sludge. By cooling, the temperature of the wet air is lower than the dew point, and the water vapor is condensed and discharged from the system to the sewage pipe of the factory. The "dehydrated" air is heated into hot dry air through the cold condenser, and the air is sent to the net belt drying system to continue drying the sludge. The air is recycled in the whole process, so there is no exhaust gas. The system can reduce the moisture content of the sludge to less than 20%. After drying, the sludge is transported out of the drying system by a fully closed screw conveyor, and the subsequent utilization is carried out by pick-up and transfer.
2. Process flow
Wet sludge → wet mud silo → wet mud conveying system → stirring molding system → heat pump drying system → dry material collection and conveying system → dry material transportation.
