Sludge drying machine

The sludge drying machine mainly uses the closed hot air circulation condensation process to dry the sludge at low temperature, which effectively improves the drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption. 工艺流程TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS

污泥干化一体机工作原理是将污泥，经上料、成型机切条后、落入网带（网带可以分多层），并在多层网带之间走S形运动。位于网带底部的风机将热泵系统产生的热风透过各层网带吹起，同时带走污泥中的水分，高温高湿气体经冷凝（冷凝水排出）、二次换热形成高温低湿气体，送入网带循环。通过调节网带的速度和成型机的速度可控制物料停留时间，控制出料的含水率。
